Last week we posted up a little write up about Elbag Longboards a local company starting up making custom creations out of Spencer, MA. We just got in the first two just in time for Xmas. Come down and check um out. The lighter board is made up of Maple, Oak, and Cherry. While the darker woods are Mahogany, Oak and Maple. Each board is: 38 1/2 inches long X 7 3/4 wide and 5/8 thick. LONGBOARDING: Elbag Longboards

New friend of the shop and local Woodworker Donald Elbag from Spencer, MA just started hand building Longboards. Right now he has one completed with plans of making a few diffrent modles including a longer pintail, drop-through, and concaved topsheet boards. Donald and his wife Samantha are local craftsmen/women and its always rad to see something local in the begining stages. 
Best of luck to them and check back this Spring in shop to see some of his work. They also have a family buisness, Elbag Family Custom Creations (FACEBOOK ). Check it out to see some of the other woodworking projects they've been doing!
