Wormtown is blowin up dog!

December's been a huge month for Wormtown spot coverage. If anyone has recently cracked open the new issue of Skateboarder and turned to the section covering the Volcom "Let's Live" tour you'll see Nick Dompierre charging an ollie into the infamous "Shaws banks" located just a short fifty paces from the Worcester shop. I witnessed that ollie first hand; and make sure to note the 3 inch deep pile of sand he had to roll through.


As if that's not enough the new Automatic features loads of Worcester with Alex Gourdouros blasting a front big over the uber-infamous Centrum 12, and Mack Johnson with a solid 5th try smithers down Home Depot. Honorable mention to the Worcester shop's own Dan Carreiro for killing it on all fronts of life and finally having his flying squirrel photo published. Also props to Tasty skateboard's own Fritz Mead with a fullpipe cutout front feebs. Welcome to Worcester... get in or get the f#*%k out. -Nuckle-son

I hit up Crotched Mtn today, they just got 6-7 inches so good so good. If you haven't been up to Crotched yet your missing out. We have some two for one passes down at the shop so stop by and pick up a few. Coming up Tuesday Dec 18th you can ride all day @ Crotched for $9.00. On Dec 28th Crotched starts their midnight madness, you can ride Friday and Saturday night till 3:00am . If your looking for a alternative to crowed trails and overpriced lift tickets cruise up to Crotched Mtn.

Banana Bonanza

I feel like bananas are hot right now. They're the new in thing. Like 80's style sunglasses or "going green" .Bananas must have hired a publicist or something. I don't like to be left out when it comes to trends so I'm jumping on the banana bandwagon.
Check out my skate banana made with real banana inspired technology. It has a super small carbon footprint! Actually its toxic as hell, but I bought tons of carbon credits to make up for it so its ok. If you skate this thing with frogskins on, your as style n' as it gets . -SPK

1st day @ Killington

This past monday I went to Killington with my friend Manny. Though conditions were suprisingly good. If you can handle the $60 and the 3 hour drive I suggest going. As always they had the mini park going with the signature right handed hip. After that you had an option of an up flat bar or a 20 foot kicker. After that it was a box option, and then a 3 rail option into either a propaine tank or wall ride. At the end of the day we went to pizza jerks for the lunch special and then were off. -Bryan B.

07' so far has been a big year for skate videos and habitat's new INHABITANTS is definetly one worth grabbing. New pro Silas Baxter Neil starts things off with a solid part, style for days and wallride hippyjumps. Danny Garcia has been around forever and managed to put down his acustic guitar long enough to film a part proving hes still got one of the best styles in the biz. Fred gall is as urban as ever and doesent disappoint. Guru Khalsa keeps his hair tight in competition worthy buns at all times. If u havent heard of Austyn Gillette before were in the same boat but hes got a bangin' part. Steve Durrante switch heel front blunt, nuff' said. Tim O' Connor has the most ridiculous tricks ever and shares a part with Ed Selego and there both keepin these young guns on thier toes. Raymond Molinar is really good at skating,flip in-flip out, now hes pro, well deserved. Kerry Getz is still a robot and opens his part with some refreshing mini-ramp footy that all of us never get sick of for some reason. And if you think you got your fill of Stefan Janoski from nothing but the truth then you are epic'ly mistaken compadre.
Come to Eastern Boarder Wormtown and buy it-stocking stuffer approved.

Ever watch Airwolf ?

Well I did. I case you you missed it Airwolf was a cheesy 80's TV show about a top secret government helicopter, kind of like Knight Rider but in the air. Anyway it really made me want to fly helicopters. So finally years later I'm doing it. Heres some pics of my first helicopter lesson. It was sick. Stringfellow Hawk out.
